"Very poor customer service. "

I contacted this company eight days ago and was told they would look into my request and get back to me. They did not. I rang back two days later to be told they would call me back. They did not. I rang them again today. Two minutes later a received a blunt text telling me they could not help.
Not being able to help is acceptable but the poor customer service and lack of communication is not.

Brad, Craig and Sam did a fantastic job in upgrading our bathroom. The supplier, Ripples, were very poor in delivering the products to be installed but Sam's guys persevered over a 4 month period and delivered a high quality finish that we're delighted with. Their eye to detail and the attitude of not presenting problems but coming up with solutions made the experience as good as it could have been. I've recommended Sam and the guys to friends and would happily do so again
