"Terrible customer service and defective items"
I received a safari jacket with a clear defect: one of the belt-loops had almost come off right out of the box. Since their policy explicitly states items are shipped with “absolutely ZERO defects,” I contacted them to either exchange the item or offer a discount to cover a simple repair. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they dismissed it as an “easy fix” and refused to offer any solution whatsoever.
I finally told them I would file a chargeback if they didn’t offer a solution. Only then did Kirwin respond—snide and defensive—telling me that my action was “not constructive,” yet still refused to take responsibility. His solution? Return the item or nothing.
The return process was another mess. The commercial invoice he provided falsely declared that I was selling the jacket to him, and that I would be responsible for any taxes or duties as an exporter. I never agreed to that. It’s been two days since I questioned the invoice and I’ve heard nothing back.
This wasn’t my first issue either. A previous jacket had noticeably shortened sleeves—almost an inch shorter than the other jacket I bought in the same size and cut. I let that one slide. But two defective items out of three, and this level of arrogance in handling complaints? That’s enough.
This store might have potential, but Kirwin’s attitude is terrible. He clearly sees any customer complaint as a personal insult and responds dismissively instead of with accountability. I won’t be shopping here again—and I strongly suggest you don’t either unless you're okay with being treated like the problem when their product arrives defective.

Update: Thank you for the reply; however, I still don’t have resolve for my money back or a replacement. I order from you guys often.

My experience was great because my suit fits like it was tailor made for me. I have Hugo Boss, Versace and many other suits from major department stores. None of them fits as well as my Suitreview product. Last but certainly not least is price! The value that I have received is second to none!

I ordered a navy suit, but the pants and suit jacket were CLEARLY different shades of navy. Also, there was no lining in the suit jacket. I was highly disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and quality.
