Rental agreement: After you pay the charges they start behaving weird. They start asking various documents which are not needed for rent registration. They don't refund. Beware! LegalDocs are cheaters they have changed original domain name from LegalDocs.in to legalDocs.co.in.

Applied for food license. They will take money and will stop responding. Waiting since 15 days and after going through reviews I can say I will never get the license from them . Fake website.

on 06/04/2024 I applied for partnership deed online through legaldocs but haven't received copy of the same in any format either pdf or hardcopy. I have also paid for their service online. You will not receive satisfactory reply if you call them. Even if you email your request the will not respond. Only Sufiya will pick up the call. You ask her to connect you to her boss....she won't do that.

"A group of Cheaters"

A group of Cheaters. You try to call them 100 times. they dont attend. No one ever reply to your calls or msgs. This people should be banned .

paid full amount for new food license Pooja Sharma said it will be done within 7-21 Days i waited but then food licensing department rejected due to location reasons i have cleared that in starting that i am working from home whoever she said it will be done and after waiting soo long they didn't even refunded my money and also not even talk properly neither they respond to emails please don trust on them.

"Worst experience ever by the company…"

Worst experience ever by the company name Legaldocs...I have paid to get the services i.e. Gst registration and its filling on 29th November 2021 but after multiple followup and more than 2.5 months got to know that they won't be able to do it and still waiting for the refund.
And the behaviour by the staff is also unacceptable, After reminding her to do my work, rude reply over call as she has only work and we free for whole day and delayed responses is just intolerable.
The delayed submissions leads to rejections and I have wasted my 2.5 months on this due to which I was unable to work because Gst registration is mandatory to start my work and they were aware of my situation .
Now, I need refund with compensation for the waste of my time and energy after the company running with unskilled staff .
