I have used East London carpets and Furniture twice now, first time for Carpets and recently for a bed and sofa.
All the way from the start from when I walked into the shop, they were so friendly and even talked me through what they thought would be in my best interest.

Customer service was exceptional both times, Fitting was as good as anyone could get
Prices were a little over my budget however seeing the service provided I was more than happy to go ahead with them.

Their carpets were of high quality and it was professionally, and swiftly, fitted; till this day I have no complaint. After I got my flooring done, I proceeded to buy furniture from them because of how much I was pleased with the service I got previously. Yet again, high quality and sturdy furniture which I know can last a lifetime.
