After a really bad experience with Dell and my Alienware PC I needed to find someone who I could put my trust in and deliver a great new PC with some specs to handle all of the stuff I use it for.

From the beginning to the end I had a really great experience, was kept fully up to date with all things happening and given some great advice all round.

I had an issue with my initial payment and it was resolved with no questions asked and everything sorted out very quickly.

The PC is now in its forever home sitting beautifully and running wonderful and I could not be more happy with the results.

Right from start to finish, they have been extremely helpful and professional. Even after I set up the computer, I needed a bit of advice on something online that JCPC didn't need to help with, but did anyways and were happy to help. The after help is also extremely helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a new computer.

"A solid machine for an excellent price"

Phoned these guys ON THE DAY looking for one of their entry-level gaming pre-builds as I could pick up (a Sunday too!). The machine was for my daughter and looked immaculate out of the box. All the boxes for the all-new components were there with a set-up guide from JCPC that was excellent. The PC runs like a dream and there were no hitches, no difficulties, no passwords needed, and no dodgy loose connections. I wanted to use a smaller local business not only for better value - and my goodness, you certainly get better vfm with these guys- but to keep it all local. I will deffo buy/upgrade from them again for the faster machines my kids will be needing down the line!
