Delivery was terrible, my nurse had to assist the delivery driver to deliver, she tried to refuse delivery after his equipment was broken to safely move item, driver refused. Driver damaged our wall in delivery process

I purchased a Harvest Right Medium Freeze Dryer from Trimleaf as it is a Canadian dealer. From ordering, to receiving updates and then receiving the product from Harvest Right directly, everything was informative and prompt. I had an issue with the door seal initially, but through Harvest Right Customer Service who are super helpful, informative and prompt, I have successfully used the FD twice now, and am so happy with my purchase. If you are debating whether to go with small or medium go for the medium. Even though it is a tad more spendy, I have read numerous reviews that also echoed the same thing which led me to purchase a medium instead of a small. I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to many years of use. My daughter is picky, and freeze dried bananas are now her favourite. Happy freeze drying to you!
