The response I required was good. However, the money I paid for shipping was a waste. It did not get delivered to me door as stated it would. I chased the package for 3 days and had to pick it up myself to insure i actually got it. It would be nice if I received a partial refund as I did part of the work to get the package to my doorstep. Shipping=fail.

No carrying case as advertised. No way to transport machine to spa. The head pieces were not all labeled, 3 are missing number stickers. Instruction pamphlet does not explain usage instructions, whether to use ultrasound gel or not. Not a detailed manual.

Service and communication was excellent. BUT, they did not say that the parcel would be in quarantine at DHL warehouse for 3 to 5 days due to Covid. This caused angst in the extreme as I paid $300 for DHL and nothing happened for days with no explanation until I squeezed it out of them.

The orders are processed promptly and accurately. Questions are responded to within one day which is unusual considering the time Differential. My representative, Shawn has been outstanding on multiple orders, warranty questions and technical assistance.
