I worked with FuturePro for 2 or 3 years and they have always been very adaptable and proactive when it comes to providing their service. Good at presenting solutions to problems we had and having the patience to deal with what I imagine must be quite a complicated account to manage.

"Why move to FuturePro?"
We moved our logistics handling to FuturePro at the end of last year.
It may seem melodramatic to say that it has fundamentally changed our working lives, but it is nonetheless true.
They are, without exception, really nice people to deal with, always helpful, quick to resolve problems and best of all, excellent communicators. When coupled with a stock handling system which is easy to use and meets all our practical requirements, we couldn't be happier with our decision to move.

After 12 months of dealing daily with FuturePro Logistics I would offer thanks for the complete package they offer; professionalism, efficiency and personal touch for each of their services - warehousing, picking, packing and distribution.
The pricing model is very competitive and the staff will always go the extra mile to help regardless of the size of the task in question.

"A reliable distributon service"
Finally, we have found a reliable distribution service that we have our full confidence in. Previously our customer service has suffered due to late deliveries but these guys seem to run like clockwork. Thanks again and keep up the good work

"unreliable service, with a big surprise at the end of month, stay away"
Mark Wallace the managing director is a sales man who promises alot of things that could help your online business succeed, however when its time to deliver, parcel's do not get delivered, you get charged more then what royal mail quote you (there whole business model is that they can provide a cheaper and reliable service), and the end of month you get a surprise of a huge bill which is 30% more then royal mail.

"A parcel black hole"
The company offer a parcel delivery service at a discount off the Royal Mail.They consolidate parcels from a number of merchants and use the royal mail volume discounts to save on postage costs.
They use Tuffnells and DPD to uplift parcels, sort them in their warehouse, and then use the Royal Mail for final delivery. Savings offered for international post, especially Rest of World post, are excellent.
Every day you get an e-mail confirming receipt of your post. Every week you get a detailed invoice for the weeks despatches.
The downsides are:
-Their despatch weights may not agree with yours, and naturally they use theirs.
-According to the dates on their detailed invoices your mail may not be processed on the day they get it, but the day after.
-There is a high rate of lost/missing parcels.
The last one is the killer. I don't know what they are doing, but I have never had so many lost parcels. I stopped using them after 6 weeks, and I am still getting e-mails from my US customers asking where their parcels are. So far I have had a loss rate of over 10%.
