Called today since we were having problems with our eMail account. After many minutes of waiting I opted for a call back. Three hours later I got a call and after about five minutes or so I was put on hold once again for the technical folks. Stayed on the line for fifteen minutes before they dropped the call. Just a in case anyone there gives a rip my ticket number was N8255876.
