Claudia Guzman has been extremely helpful and I really appreciate her patience and guidance. Some of us are in our 60s and we’re not very computer savvy and understand a lot of the language the way it’s written and I appreciate Claudia Guzman taking a little extra time for some of those like myself that are a little slower at completing and understanding forms and the way they should be done. It’s very helpful to have a bilingual person that understands her culture on how we the Hispanic population at times we might ask a lot more questions.
