I'm so sad. I have been ordering from Dazzle for my business for the past several months. Last month, when I went to pick up my order (I live about 30 minutes from their office), it was printed on the wrong paper. Thankfully, I caught the mistake before I left.
My mom and I had to wait ~35 minutes for them to reprint the order, and we both had to cancel/shift later appointments because of the mishap. We kindly asked what accommodation could be made on a future order due to the inconvenience, and Renee said she would talk to the owner. I sent an email later on that day to Renee to follow up. About two weeks went by, no response. I followed up again via e-mail this past Friday, no response.
I have a monthly product, so my orders are time-sensitive. Today, I called. I spoke to Renee. She was noncommittal, clipped and short ("Hi Renee, how are you?" "Good, thanks"). She stated that she had passed my inquiry along to the owner and did not know when the owner would get back to me ("hopefully, by the end of the day today"). When I asked could I speak to the owner, she said that the owner was working on a large order. I shared with her that, as a paying customer who would like to continue working with Dazzle, to send two e-mails and not receive a response makes me feel like I am being ignored and is not ideal customer service. I asked her wouldn't she agree? "Yes. I'm sorry." It was such a poor customer service / customer experience.
I am feeling very disappointed, like asking for accommodation on their mistake is a nuisance to them, when customers are the lifeblood of their business. As a small business owner, I would never make my customers feel that way and if I inadvertently did, I'd do everything in my power to make it right.
I got off the phone with Renee today feeling like my business doesn't matter. Perhaps it doesn't.
Just pray and hope that they NEVER mess up your order.
I am more than happy to come back and edit this review if they make this right.

"Excellent Customer Service and Quality Finished Product."
I hadn't printed a book myself before going to Dazzle, so I had a lot of questions. Whenever I asked something, I got a prompt response and lots of help along the way. In the end, we got a great looking product that people are pleased with! I think the website was a little difficult to use at times, especially having the order box as a page within a page; it becomes difficult to navigate in that little box. Otherwise, highly recommended and if we do another project like this, we'll be coming back.
