Redmark/Jeremy have always been consistant with client service and solving a problem. Seeing we not in the city but on the outskirts of Cape Town on the West Coast it's not always easy. I have ordered products and by chance had to be in Table View. Picked them up without looking and on our return home realized it wasn't the right parts.
With no delay Jeremy at Remark arranged for a new delivery of the right parts and the return of the incorrect ones.
