Received quickly. Notice is clear though better to use your own tools and needs 2 people to assemble.
Feels very solid, both table, chairs and parasol.. time will tell (hope so since it isn't cheap)

We were given a delivery date of today with no time, so we stayed in all day/ However it is has not arrived and the courier is now saying they do not have it, this is poor there has not been any word about what where it is or when it will delivered! I can't say in for another day.

"Beautiful April Bench"

We are delighted with the April bench in sandstone. Exactly as illustrated, it is good quality and looks gorgeous. Instructions and components for assembly were very well organised and presented. We have had the Rose bench for a few years now and it still looks like new, so we were happy to purchase another. We're now looking at probably buying a table and chairs too. I purchased a table and six chairs from Lazy Susan 2 years ago. Unfortunately the 6 chairs powder coating have started to peel off. So I telephoned the company and they were so extremely helpful and said that they have a 3 year guarantee and will replace them for me. They responded immediately to me and have dealt with my complaint efficiently and effectively. Would highly recommend this company and their garden furniture. Well done and thank you Lazy Susan.

The team were very helpful, polite and efficient. We did have a small problem with one of the chairs and replacement parts were sent out very quickly and arrived in a few days.

The Company were very prompt sending out samples for colours etc. I find there is more movement on the table when erected than I would have preferred.
The set was delivered by. DHL who changed the day of delivery then on the day changed the time of delivery which was very inconvenient due to hospital appointments.

"Coating on chairs fails off after a few years"

The coatings used on their chairs start peeling after a couple of years in the weather

Not what you'd expect for this sort of money

It would be much better without any coating at all, since now the chair legs look very strange where bits of coating have peeled

I've submitted photos as requested and corrected this posting, only the chairs are an issue, the table so far has stood up to the same weather without peeling
