I received prompt feedback from the salesperson and other supporting members- that greatly helped in seeing my order through as quickly as possible. Downside is with email correspondence, they tend to do a lot of different email threads even if its for the same order, and that was a bit frustrating, especially for follow up and tracing conversations. In the case where I would have to pick up/ follow up say with a different person, then it can get chaotic. I did give this feedback though and hopefully they can improve on the same. There was also miscommunication about my package having been collected, while it actually hadn't yet been collected. Those are the reasons why I wouldn't give them a 5 star rating, otherwise, I would still like to do business with them in the future!
