The tradesperson arrived on time. Due to lack of a partner, it took him a while to get going.
Once he sorted his initial glitch, with his equipment he was able to proceed, taking necessary precautions in regards to himself and my property.
He completed the Job by 2pm. I was happy with his work.

The engineer came out and was extremely informative about the whole process and the insulation.The install team were brilliant and left everything tidy as well. I cannot fault a single thing and my house already feels warmer!

"BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT AND WARRANTY OFFERED THOUGH RGH"

Don’t trust this company, if your buying a home you are unlikely to get a mortgage as reputable lenders wont lent to a company or home where spray foam is installed. We paid £5K for installation in November 2022 but had to have it removed in March 2023 another £5K when selling the house after the new buyers were refused a mortgage when a surveyor refused the mortgage despite the salesman’s advice and his 25 year warranty. I was not made aware by the salesman Brian Bowen, the company area manager Abdul or the supplier of the fact that mortgage companies or lenders refuse on this basis.
Renewable green homes do not honor warranty and you are unlikely to get any sympathy, they are poor listening to complaints.

Fast freindly service very professional manner and leave every thing nice and clean. had loft insulation fitted and wow! Does exactly what i was told it would do who wouldn't be happy with using less gas and being warm. That impressed with it my mother my boss and his family have had it done. With the cost of living continuing to rise thia really is a massive massive help thank u so much RGH you really have made a difference

Excellent service, I was called by a lovely girl who explained the service and booked for a engineer to come out and see me. The engineer was extremely patient explaining the process and subsidies that were available. As for the installation it was so quick and professional I hardly knew they were there! I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone (and have done). Thanks again!
