"Quality does not hold up"

I bought a used car that is only 16 months old. The original owner had Roadwire leather installed. One of the seats is discolored and coming apart and they will not honor their warranty because I am not the original owner. I'd post pics but I don't see where I can.
However, you can see pics on their Facebook page (if they do not delete).
