"inaccurate sizing chart"

The products I ordered look just like the photos and seem of great quality! However, the sizing chart on their site is inaccurate. I know my body measurements and had measured them again before making my purchases, and even referred to their sizing chart. Upon receiving my products, they were unfortunately too large. I’m waiting to hear back from their customer service to see if an exchange can be done because I really do still want these products. I’m normally a women’s US size 8 in bottoms, and 36C in bra size. I had ordered the Shinobu fashion bundle (leggings without pockets) in 2XL based off the sizing chart, which are allegedly 31.1” in the waist and 36.6” in the chest, respectively. However, they feel much larger than that. My measurements are 36” bust, 31” waist, and 36” hip so that’s why I was confused as to why what I ordered fit me too large. Based on other reviews on their website, most customers deemed their products true to size so that’s why I didn’t consider ordering a size up or down.
