Rob explained clearly the rationale for his recommendations to include where he felt existing adaptations were working just fine. His report was prompt and, when the budget was finally agreed by my employer, delivery was also prompt. Emilio oversaw delivery and went through fitting of equipment and all equipment adjustments. Highly recommend this company for good quality expert advice and instruction, good quality equipment and adaptations - without any sales pressure. Rob has always been helpful and personable. We worked together to get me a suitable ergonomic chair and height adjustable desk back in 2013 and he has helped most recently with getting the chair and workstation set up in a different office. He is knowledgeable and practical, always on hand to answer questions and share advice. Can't fault the service.
