I orderd two grips, they got to me crossing borders within a week. The packaging was very secure.
Unfortunately one of the holds was faulty (had a gap between wood and granit), but after I send an eMail stating my concerns I got a response within a workday and a new hold shipped on the next. Contact was very direct and the holds feel amazing!
