Was a little disappointed that immediately after ordering I emailed and got no response.
The last name on receivers needed to be changed for business purposes.
Order was received in a timely manner but we were delayed in opening package as we had to leave town unexpectedly. Wrong item was sent.
Emailed the Very next day April 5 and Steven promptly replied and was very apologetic.
Said item was available and would send them out and should arrive possibly Saturday but most likely Monday. I wasn't upset they didn't arrive I figured Tuesday. However I get a notification this morning and they were just shipped today and won't be here until Thursday. Not upset at Steven he was very helpful and I'm sure he's not the one that ships items.
Keeping my fingers crossed that it will be the correct product.
