IR35 Shield have done well at finding and retaining the right employees, making the customer experience an easy and positive one. We've worked with Louella and Stuart and both have been flexible, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with anything from account set up and renewals, to assisting with requested changes and random queries.
The platform is user friendly, works as expected and we can't fault the customer service.

Just done my IR35 assessment, lots of questions but didn't take to long.

Tried to do this assesment and when you try to use the "Previous" buttons to go back and double check or amend an answer this is not possible!
Furthermore, the questions are ambiguous and I think designed to direct you towards an "Outside IR35" position.
No way to contact these people with any ease either.

I'm so glad we have this service to rely on - it stopped our company signing a contract that would have got us into massive trouble on taxes. Yes, it costs some money - why should anyone give out their expertise for free? Going forward we will check every contract with this tool, it's worth its weight in gold.
