Contacté preguntando por el stock de unas velas y contestaron rapidísimo. El precio muy bueno y sin portes en mi caso. El seguimiento de mi pedido fue genial, muchas información al respecto. La velas en sus cajas originales y sin un solo toque en las cajas, buena empresa de transporte. Por encima me enviaron un cheque de 50 euros para mi próxima compra. Ya tengo miradas varias cosillas. Muy contento. Recomendable.

Once there was a delay on the DHL side, they’ve taken over the communication with the curriers and informed me about the progress. The board itself is amazing. I’ve rarely seen such a friendly detailed proactive customer communication from the water sports gear shops. Really glad to have chosen this shop to buy my new board! :-)

Adam and Doina guided me on the product, the money transfer, the delivery, and what to expect from the shipping team. Ka-Boom! Knocked it out of the park! I live in the USA and was hesitant to buy and ship a windsurfing board from Poland and after talking to Adam and Doina my spirits were lifted, my confidence in trusting the team to deliver the board safely, and the all importance of the money being safe and in the right hands.
