Barqo is a great way to find boats for rent. The site works well and is an ongoing improvement in UI (interface) and UE (experience). The service is good and very clear. Contact with the boat rental was good and have to thank them for their friendly approach.

Hele fijne service. Boot uitzonderlijk schoon. Alles erop en eraan. Je krijgt zeker hetgeen waar je voor betaalt. Heel leuk gevaren door Friesland met de familie.

Great boat! It is fast enough to go to de Mooie Nel, it is seriously spacious enough with a group of people. Very comfortable cushions. Small fridge. Steps to climb out the water. Good location. Just excellent. We will be back 😊

"I've had a weird experience with the…"

I've had a weird experience with the skipper and the people involved... First of all, the person who contacted me after the reservation, Vincent, was nowhere near the boat on the day nor was known by the other people at the same company. It was raining and the guy who met us (Mike) at first was VERY RUDE, telling us that we should have gotten there sooner but NOBODY told me anything about that. We had to go on an uncovered boat (again, raining a lot) for half-hour until we got to a covered boat. The first skipper was cranky and in a hurry, and didn't give us clear information. If I'd known we would be in an uncovered boat in the rain for a half-hour, I'd take a bus to taxi to the other boat.
When we got to the covered boat, fortunately we had other skipper (Renee) for the rest of the journey. He was really really nice and made the rest of the experience pleasant and fun. I'd give him 5 stars, and 0 to Mike.

In general, the whole experience was messy and information wasn't clear. I know the rain made the logistics complicated for the boat companies but it's the Netherlands!!!! IT RAINS, be ready for it, and don't be rude to your customers because of it.
