Zak was very accommodating. He let us change the pick up point and was a little late but more than made up for it by adding extra time on our booking and kept us up to date of how long he would be to pick us up. We had no idea where we wanted to go but this was no problem for zak as he just took over and let us relax. I've been to Amsterdam many times before but this was the first the I'd hired a boat and I'm so glad I did. You really get a very different look at the city which was fabulous. Zak took photos of us during our boat ride, at our request and sent them on to us afterwards which was so lovely of him. Highly recommend
