Communication and confirmation was excellent overall I am very happy with the customer service and even happier when I was told I'd win the PRS custom 24 35th anniversary edition which was just awesome news. It was really easy to buy the ticket, and I am so pleased that I was lucky enough to win such a great guitar as the American Pro II Tele. Communication was great with swift replies and the delivery was organized to suit my working days, and arrived when they said it would. Cheers.

Entered a few competitions. Easy entry, clear and transparent processes for ticket allocation and draw (can watch draw live). Was lucky enough to win last week. Excellent communication from the guys and ultra-rapid dispatch of my guitar. Couldn't be happier. Without wishing to be greedy, I will be entering future competitions also :-)
