I have purchased from them 4 times, for considerable amounts. Last time the delivery was delayed a bit but I had full support by email, the clothes are so cute it's worth everything.. affordable prices, love.

I would give 0 stars if possible.
I still haven't received a piece of my order and also not receiving my money back. 1 month after they confirmed it is on its way.
Overall it is definitely not a nice user-experience what they offer. I placed my order on 27th January and pieces started arriving one by one, in really bad packaging, super random, and 3 months after I am still missing a piece from my order.
Definitely lost me as a client and would say to everybody to stay away from them. They are good in pictures and Instagram posts, but that is all.

A piece was missing from my order and I've been reaching out to costumer service for 3 months
without an adequate reply (always "I will contact *someone*"). They also blocked me on instagram...
Edit... I can't reply to the comment, but it's some kind of arabic company actually that sent me some screenshot of a random refund... Did not cover the cost of the product nor did I actually receive any money 🤷

"Extremely poor quality. - AVOID !!!"
Extremely poor quality. 7 items are missing in my package. The stitching is coming apart and they are now asking me to pay for the return label. The company customer service is poor. They only sent the order about 2/3 weeks after I ordered , once I reached out to them.. They pretended it had already been sent which was a lie as they created the labels right after I spoke to them. I was charged on the day of the order though. The products are NOT 100% as they pretend them to be. They are synthetic, poor stitching , poor measurements and designs. I let them know about the issues and they don't even try to fix anything for the customer.
That was a waste of money!!!!

Order is very late ordered end of Jan order was split into 2 packages. It’s April now and only received 1 package however they reply you back within few minutes and help you. Hard to track.

"Not happy at all, delivery late and not complete"
Not happy at all. Store claims delivery to Europe in 15 business days. After two weeks when nothing happened I had to write to the store to send my order. The store claimed that my order was already sent and I just don't se the tracking on their website. I received my order one month after placing it and it was not complete! I paid for 3 products and only received one, poor quality stitching, material is not soft at all. I claimed refund for missing products and I am waiting to get my money back.
