I ordered my items and the arrived in a timely manner. However the wrong item was shipped, when I called the guy said he would return my call ,he never did. The next day I called to enquire and without even asking for my name or anything he said or we shipping today. It gas been days n I still haven't gotten my package.I'm soooo disappointed

once i made an order, I did not receive it up to now.. and i got a Gift Cards.. and cant even used the card.. am not goin used this sit.... to order anymore goods.

I wanted curtains for my daughters house warming.Found just what I was looking for at the right price.But 12 days later it is still processing .Do they have to weave the fabric when you order.I even tried to contact them to cancel.No response.First and last time.

I went to the website and found the item I was looking for. I ordered it. Three days later I got a credit on my credit card. I was never notified the item was not available ( the website stated there were 11 in stock). I reordered ( website still stating 11 available). The order went through. My paypal account charged. I finally called the company and was told that the website was in error. It should have said out of stock. I lost several days thinking my order was valid!
