I purchased a silk nightdress from Nuiami.com as a Christmas present for my mother. I was immediately attracted in the shop to the beautiful print and the sensuous quality of the silk which was an instant winner for me. Not only highly unusual but extravagantly luxurious to the touch. I was given expert customer advice on the product, sizing how to care for it and Sanjit herself could not have been more helpful. Despite it being a busy shopping day she took time to answer all my questions without pressurising with the usual pushy sales pitch. I was assured that I could get a refund if it was not right which a lot of small independents are not so happy to offer usually offering instead, exchange only. As the size I required was not available in the shop, I ordered through the online website and was impressed with the speedy delivery and the personalised note that came with the product. All in all the ease of the process was wonderful as was the communication and the product itself is of top quality at a reasonable price. I can not recommend Sanjit and Nui Ami more highly. A wonderful purchase that I know will make my mum a true connoisseur of beauty and silk very happy!
