Being of a senior age, I found difficulty in downloading the product but once I contacted Keyswiftly.com explaining the difficulty, they installed the programme [remotely] for me which was a great help.
I would recommend the company as being efficient and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Bought the product, then there was issues with product key. Contacted team through WhatsApp and they sent me new key straightaway. Working perfectly fine.

I was having difficulty to set up this all thing as I am not good at it at all!

"Keyswiftly Provided a Five Star Service"

I cannot believe what a great service I have just received from Keyswiftly. I accidently purchased and installed a package that didn't contain the App I required and so contacted Keyswiftly by email. I had a response almost immediately with an offer to replace the package with the correct one, at no cost to me. Such a friendly genuine response too. I then had difficulty installing the replacement package - my fault. Again I had an immediate response. The product is now installed and working perfectly.
I was sceptical at first because the deal seemed too good to be true. Keyswiftly deserve a five star review as far as I am concerned.
The instructions given were simple to follow - even I could manage to follow them! I would fully recommend this company and service.

"Did not receive a product key or a refund when promised"

I was not sent a product key, so was unable to access the documents that were linked to my previous office 365 subscription. I need a product key to reactivate that account, not an email and password to create a new account.

I contacted customer support about the issue and they offered to provide a product key for an older Office 2024 product, but when I tried inputting that, it said the product key had already been used, so I still couldn't access my documents.

Dealing with Keyswiftly had become too much hassle, so I asked for a refund and bought office 365 direct through microsoft. Yes, it was more expensive, but it worked flawlessly.

I was promised a refund, but I've not received it yet, and they have gone quiet.

Update on 16th April... I have changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star because I still haven't been contacted about the refund, despite the promise below, and me emailing them again.
