"Everything was great except that the…"

Everything was great except that the driver did not speak English and we couldn't communicate. The car, although it looked nice both inside and out, it made a lot of noise (inside). things were rattling and squeaking. Other than that, the driver was very polite and considerate

What we did find worrying was the usage of the driver on the journey to Morzine not using hands free and was on his phone driving with one hand on narrow and bendy roads. It is illegal in the UK to drive this way maybe not in France but we felt very nervous. Not cool.
