They approached me in Feb/March when I was interested in a remortgage. At that point we had a better rate but they were very very patient in answering our queries. We initially decided not to go with them and stick to L&C but L&C screwed up the process mid way saying they the delay was was due to COVID when we started talking to them on Feb.

We went back to Rateswitch and they did not hesitate to relon at our case and infact gave us a better mortgage structure that at the end of it all saved us a lot of money.

Came across Rateswitch on internet as my current "Buy to Let" mortgage was coming out of it's fixed rate period. Chris, my advisor (aka, who shares the same name of a certain superhero actor) was very helpful with providing the various options available to me. Looked at best deals available if a stayed with my existing mortgage company and also what rates I could pay if I were to remortgage with another lender. Initial contact via phone, where Chris was able to take some details from me to build client profile and then to come up with some options which were emailed to me for review. Made my decision to stay with current provider on a transfer deal, saving money on my mortgage rather than paying SVR. Process quick and easy and Chris did all the "legwork". New mortgage offer was quickly emailed to me once I accepted and Chris contacted me to make sure I had everything to hand. Highly recommended.
