The cushion is great but just one thing we have to fasten the velcro to the chair frame this means I have to take it off every time I empty the commode. It is very comfortable and easy to clean.

The handrail itself was ideal, just what was wanted and very sturdy. My only niggle is that screws and rawl plugs were not included. Including these would ensure that the rail, which is intended for secure and safe use, would be attached to the wall with the correct depth screw.
