"No Longer Accepts AMEX"
This is (was) my go to place for replacement ink cartridges and has been for as long as I can remember. Tried to place an order, and they advertise as accepting AMEX, but payment won't go through and says this method of payment is no longer supported. I put everything on my AMERX and collect rewards, time to find a new ink supplier unfortunately.

I have bought from Choice Stationery Supplies in the past and have always found them to be competitive with pricing and prompt with delivery. Their ‘substitute’ printer ink cartridges work equally as well as branded products.
My latest order however was delivered with an empty cartridge. I phoned Choice and with no quibble they said a replacement would be sent. It needed a prompting phone call to finally get the replacement delivered but it had taken the best part of a month before Choice redeemed themselves and I received the ink cartridge.
I would nevertheless rate Choice as very good and would recommend both their products and service.

"Non Existent Customer Service"
My order was confirmed on 11th November, and my order was dispatched to a Parcel2Go locker on 14th November, it is now 30th November and my order is still sitting in the locker. On requesting a replacement order on 22nd November, to sent by Royal Mail I was advised they are unable to use Royal Mail due to their strikes effecting their deliveries and as the parcel has been dispatched they can't offer a replacement. My last correspondence from them was an email on 24th November advising they have raised a claim with the courier. I emailed them on again on 28th November requesting a replacement order be sent. No response.

Order placed on 13th November but has still not been received over 2 weeks later. Contacted the company who said it is on its way however the parcel tracking just states ‘dropped off’ and has done since the order was placed. Won’t be ordering from here again.

"Absolute waste of time"
Absolute waste of time. Placed order online and having not received item 16 days later was forced to cancel. I had contacted customer services on several occasions but despite promises of several delivery dates this company failed to deliver. Went to another supplier and item was delivered te next day. Avoid !
