My son and I have just returned from Turkey where we received treatment at Dis Akademisi and we are delighted. We have had implants and will be returning to finish the treatment in a few months. In my case, I have had full extractions, sinus lifting, bone grafting and 12 implant, this surgery was performed in one day.
The installations are top quality and the attention from all staff is exquisite. The transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to clinic are organised perfectly so you are practically taken by the hand. Onur who coordinates everything personally for you is always available for questions, at any time, he speaks excellent English and is charming and very considerate. I travelled to the clinic in Istanbul from the UK for treatment which consisted of root canal, a crown, fillings and cleaning. The clinic was nice, the staff were very friendly, they explained the procedures and had expertise in different areas to provide the best level of service. I must say that my expectations were exceeded and I will definitely be returning for further treatment in the future and referring other people too.

I want to leave my review about this clinic😊I had very problematic teeth since childhood and therefore I was a frequent visitor to the dentist. But the aesthetics of my teeth left much to be desired 🙈I learned about this clinic from a friend of mine and without thinking I immediately wrote to the manager. And from that moment I immediately realized how professional the people working there are. I had to wait 2 minutes for an answer. All that was required of me was to buy tickets and fly to Istanbul. It didn’t seem like dental treatment, it was a real vacation. I am very grateful to this clinic for their concern and professionalism. I am very pleased with the work they did for my beautiful smile. I highly recommend having dental work at Istanbul Dis Akademisi. The entire process though at first was daunting; picking the right clinic was stressful. However, I am happy with my choice.The cost was great; I could have chosen a cheaper route but the employees at this facility are all well qualified. You pay for what you get. I had 20 crowns done but had no pain what so ever. Moreover, the professionalism was on point and the work was fantastic.They use state of the art equipment helping in the process (not cheap).The clinic was aseptic at all times and had a great family feel (potlucks at work). The employees were very welcoming and were always helpful. I can't stress enough the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The VIP treatment was great. I never felt alone or confused during the process. Onur/Umut, always aranged for me to be picked up or transported to and from appointments (airport). Before coming to Istanbul, they explained everything in full detail (100% accuracy). I had a life changing experience with so many memories. I was nervous traveling abroad alone but they all made me feel like I was never alone. Even taking the time to spend time with me or taking me places instead of being at a hotel alone. If you already have not spoken to Onur. I highly recommend getting a quote. They use the best materials and the prices are hard to beat. They also speak English well! The facility treats all their employees with great respect so it's good to see. I can finally smile. Hope this helps those worried or having a difficult time choosing, make the leap. Ich war sehr zufrieden beste Zahn Klinik in Istanbul. ich war in der behandlung mit Dr. Candan Cantas und Sie hatte mich sehr guet aufgeklärt und die Zahn reinigung wurde sehr gut druchgeführt ich hatte gar keine schmerzen. Diese Klinik ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ich werde in Zukunft wieder gehen :)

Ladies and gentlemen, I regret to tell you about my experience at the İstanbul clinic

At the beginning of our acquaintance, Mr. Manager Onur Yavuz seemed pleasant and polite.
I decided to place 8 implants, 21 zircon crowns and, of course, also carry out preliminary preparation of the teeth for this process.
When the implants were installed, Mr. Onur Yavuz began to insist on 80% payment and repeated this periodically several times.
I politely explained to him that payment would be made after finishing the work immediately as agreed in advance.
Then, on the day before the installation of the crowns, he demanded that I sign a contract in which it was printed that I was satisfied with the entire procedure and had no complaints, he also demanded that I write it by hand and put my signature.
I was very surprised and said that I can do it after the whole process is over if I want, but then he said that if I don’t sign this paper. There will be no further service.
I was in complete shock, since my mouth was full of implants without crowns and was a monstrous sight and I had no other choice but to sign this paper.
After this, the crowns were installed and I paid in cash for the work done.
After this visit, I returned to the Netherlands and had to come back some time later to finish the remaining crowns.
Upon return. I went to my Dutch dentist for control and it turned out that two cast crowns were installed on my teeth 26/27 and one of the teeth did not have preliminary preparation and did not fit, and the presence of articular crowns does not provide complete control. .
I reported this to Mr. Onur Yavuz and he said that when I arrived he would see what to do and promised to install 2 separate crowns, he was also very unhappy that I went to my dentist, explaining that I I don't trust his doctors. .

In this Turkish clinic they took x-rays many times, but no one saw the problem of this tooth (or did not want to see it).
Separate crowns had to be placed on two teeth, as well as preliminary preparation, which was not done and entailed additional costs for me.
Upon returning to Turkey, these two cast crowns were removed and Mr. Onur Yavuz promised me that when all preparations were completed, he would make new crowns (which is required by the guarantee).
Unfortunately, this gentleman deceived me and did nothing and said that he would return the value of my crowns, then I told him all the necessary bank details, but he said that he could not make the return by a regular normal international transfer and sent me a copy of some Turkish papers, where my bank account number was not even indicated, but only my
Name.
I also called this Turkish bank. but nothing is known about this transaction there.
This type of treatment of clients and failure to fulfill its obligations and guarantees is scandalous and has no right to offer its services as a medical institution and should be blacklisted.
