He keeps in contact with me regularly and provides me with updates on roles available, he responds very quickly to my requests and actions them, he is very polite and professional and I have felt very supported whilst working with him. I have experienced pushy agencies in the past however, the approach from social work first and Josh in particular has been different. I have felt able to express my wishes and have not felt forced or pressured at all. A very supportive and efficient agency who are able to secure roles. I would 100% recommend their services.
