Absolute pleasure of a company to deal with. So helpful and friendly, quick to answer any queries. I have several items for my adventure cat and myself from their website. Things including; a Dry Coat for my cat (extremely handy for after walks in the rain), pet water bottle, tick pick, pet first aid kit, wrist warmers for myself etc.
Everything is of great quality. I also love the company's ethics towards pets, "wherever you go, go with your pet".

I had an issue with the website where I couldn't select the correct size, so I requested the size I needed in the notes.
I received an email confirming my order, and then another saying it had been corrected to the size I wanted.
Shipping was quick, and the lifejacket is exactly what I need. Lifejackets for cats aren't easy to come by so I'm very pleased.
My cat is less pleased at having a strange thing attached to him, but I'm sure with more practice he'll get used to it :)

"A great piece of GPS technology that really works."

Before I purchased the Tractive GPS Tracker, I contacted Kimberley Bolton at Travfurler to ask a number of questions. Kimberley was extremely helpful, patient and honest about what the Tractive GPS would do and how it would perform in my environment.
My intended use of the Tractive Tracker was to carry it myself, while walking my dogs, so that my Wife could track me in real time. (I have slipped and fallen a few times in remote areas and this plan was intended to reassure my Wife of my safety and, of course, to alert her should I fall and be unable to move.)
Having satisfied myself about the capabilities of the product, I made my purchase and the results are excellent. It is simple to set up and it does exactly what it is designed to do, tracking every step.
The GPS function logs every movement, while the SIM, embedded in the tracker, communicates with our Home PC. On my normal walk, there are 3 short 'flat spots' where there is no mobile network coverage, with the longest stretch being around 100 metres. However, the GPS registers the movements in these 'flat spots' and, as soon as I am back in network range, the detail of my movements in the 'flat spots' is updated on the Home PC. So, it is quite simple for my Wife to follow.
Kimberley explained that mobile network 'flat spots' would mean no data being sent to the Home PC, but that as soon as network coverage returned, the missing data would be updated.
This piece of technology is excellent for my use. I can't comment on it's use on a dog collar, other than the device is robust and comes with an attachment to secure it to a dog collar. I don't have a problem with my dogs running off, so this is best suited for myself.
I have previously tried various apps which claim to do what the Tractive GPS does, but they have all proved to be useless. This may be down to the mobile network coverage in my area, but the Tractive GPS has this mastered.
Help and support at Travfurler is excellent, too. I would certainly recommend this device.
