I had medical documents to get translated into French and I thought it would be straight forward. Unfortunately I received the paper documents with errors in French and part of the document still in English.
I had to highlight and send it back with corrections. I then received a pdf with errors that I had previously corrected. I had to go back and forth sending emails with corrections and actually I had to translate bits of the document for them!

I won’t be using them again, never again

Mixed feeling about this company and translation.
There is good and bad things.

I've been advised/suggested by Mr Jack that Sworn translation is mandatory for Spanish visa purposes which is not true. Sworn translation is double more expensive hence its in company interest to promote this.
It was a lot of email exchanges with company but in key moments i didn't get email reply for 4 hours. I was calling company around 5 times to be told that they are sorry and Jack is busy. I didn't have stress like this in last few years. The thing is that i needed quick translation and not getting reply for 4 hours tie my wings for choosing another translation company. Ignorance by mister Jack came after i asked to regular certificated translation. I have to admit, there were also my fault of not knowing the whole procedure but in total i would not advise this company to work with. Next time i am going straight away to £200+ translation and keep my nerves.
In the end i've got threatened by email by Jack that he will bring me to the court for bad review, hence 1 star review
