Adaptive and flexible plan is the main reason we stick with PSI. Though our child's school semester does not fully align with the PSI standard coverage time range, agent Madesin attentively answered our inquiry and tailored a plan to fit our needs, therefore saved unnecessary cost. This is our second semester with PSI, and we had similar experience in the first semester too. Besides Madesin, other agents that I have been in contact with PSI are all very patient and knowledgeable as well. I like their customer service so far, and I would expect the same level of service in case one day our child actually needs to have medical care.
