The restocking fee was not mentioned on the website, in my order confirmation, or on my invoice. Yet when I bought the wrong thing because of confusing part numbers, they charged me 15% to return it. Even when I offered to buy much more expensive product in return. And they also way overcharged for shipping. My return shipping was a fraction of the cost of what they initially charged me. All in all they made several hundred dollars on me for nothing.
