I recently received a chatsworth glider with stool as a present and after unpacking the chair, we misplaced the fittings pack. I emailed kub on the 30th December and the next day got a response with a date that a pack will be sent to me free of charge. They were speedy, polite and sympathetic to the situation and made my partner extremely happy in the process. We will definitely be buy other furniture from this company in the future. Overall, I am very happy with the chair - very high quality. Delivery was also fast. However, the color of the chair was different from the one shown in the photo. In real life, the chair is more brown than soft pink. But I am not complaining, because the brown color also looks very good.

"Completely ignore calls and emails"
Ordered a chair for our first baby, kept receiving packages with missing parts over several months. Company offered a partial refund now are completely ignoring us again. They ignore your emails and calls for weeks - do NOT order through this company the customer service is terrible and the amount we’ve had to fight to get the correct item im starting to believe it’s a scam organisation. Reviews on Facebook are similar so beware.

I was anxious as you have taken ages before you delivered. Nearly didn't get to me in time !!!! Very slow to deliver wrong address sat in stationaryon the lorry for 3 days !!! I live in Penarth no where near Newport which is apparently the address which your driver tried to deliver to. No such address. No notification of when you were delivering plus driver just dumped the nursing chair and stool in the hallway. The driver did not knock my door or put a card in the door to say he had delivered. May I suggest that you have a contact numbers for all your drivers so that you can update information if required.
