"fraud? update (badly customer oriented)"

placed an order on April 19th and so far haven't received any products

last week used the contact button on the right corner and so far no one responded

i'm starting to believe this site is a scam/fraud and therefore i'm going to report it as such

the order was only shipped after i called, imagine if i haven't called if there was still a problem with my address which wasn't referred during the call but that you had a situation in your warehouse

Great prices and excellent customer support. Only downside is the longer delivery time, but given the prices of the fragrances I’m willing to put up with that.

"Dpd not delivering well"

I made an order. Payed with visa. I waited for one month, then asked what has happend. Couldn't find any information with tracking code. They answered that dpd couldn' deliver it. They didn't call me or sent any e-mail when they were suppose to be at my apartment. And then they took the package back to their warehouse. But bacage is not there yet. They are saying that, they refund the money after backage is arrived. So dpd is not working well. Impossible to order if you are not living in a house where is somebody at home all the time.

Mijn bestelling (order #628378) die ik op 26 april geplaatst heb ik nog niet binnen, ik heb ook geen mail gekregen zodat ik mijn pakketje kan tracken. Ik probeerde info.perfumedeal24 te mailen, maar dan staat er “adres niet gevonden.”

I am very satisfied and very positively surprised with my purchase! I felt a bit worried after reading some negative reviews here as the company does not offer PayPal. I received a tracking number and got them fast from The Netherlands after I got my a tracking number after 1 week placing my order. All my perfumes arrived in perfect condition at the best possible price. Will definitely shop from here again if the prices stay the same. Shipping might *sometimes* take a little extra time, but I do not mind to wait a bit.
