I bought two jeans and both are great quality products with perfect fit, great look and last but not least they arrived quickly

After previously having a good experience with ETO Jeans I decided to purchase another 2 pairs of jeans. I purchased both pairs in the same size however one didn't fit at all. This is completely fine, I understand manufactured errors happened... it's the customer service afterwards that I am appalled by. Firstly, I email explaining the situation to the customer service email, no reply. Two days later, I send another email. Still no reply. I wait until the next week, still no reply. I'm now worrying that I won't be able to return the jeans in time as you only get 14 days so I return the jeans at my own cost and email explaining that I've done this. Then I receive a refund only for the jeans. I find this disgraceful as this was NO fault of my own. Seriously disappointed with the service and will definitely question ever buying from them again. The products are fine but this service is unacceptable.Sent another email again today after receiving the refund email. Let's hope something actually gets done. To clarify, I also used the contact form on the website at the same time as sending the emails so no excuse for the lack of response.
