Their return policy stated that if you are not satisfied that you can return the covers. The covers did not fit my sofa so I requested a return instead of providing a label they sent me an address in China.

Excellent product and service! The 2 back covers that I ordered ended up being too small. I emailed soothing home to order a larger size and they responded quickly and ordered them immediately for me. Very pleasant to work with this company. The covers are amazing, fit perfectly and wash very nicely, just follow their directions. I recommend these covers for anyone with 4 legged babies for sure!!! You wont be disappointed in the product or their service!!

I am very pleased with the colors and the fit of your covers. I also ordered a set of arm covers because my couch is white and the arms are first to show dirt. We have a 12 pound Chihuahua who feels she owns this couch and now we can peacefully share. Thank you for the quality also!

After almost two weeks after purchasing three couch covers, my order has still not arrived, which is unacceptable in this day and age. Amazon.com has the same products for half the price and delivery is next day. I do NOT recommend Soothing Home. Look elsewhere.

"Great covers and superior customer service"

I really like these covers - they work much better than the blankets I had been using. However, what I like most about Soothing Home is their customer service. I had an issue unrelated to the actual covers and when I contacted customer service, Jennifer went above and beyond to meet my need and resolve my issue. I don't find many companies today that will work that hard to meet the needs of individual customer's, but Jennifer at Soothing Home did just that and I am very grateful. I had a great experience and I highly recommend this company and their products!
