Our experience with Outrageous Cabins was great. Check-in was easy. The cabin was clean and well prepared. However, I have two minor complains. First, the insulation surrounding the heart-shaped tub was sub-par. As a result, you could feel the cold air coming from the outside beneath the tub making the bathroom incredibly cold. Second, the description advertised a fireplace. What we got was an electric "fireplace". It looked like a fireplace, but that's about it. We were disappointed about the "fireplace".

"Beautiful Cabin"

The reservation and check-in process was easy. We even arrived after the office closed and had no problem getting the information for our cabin. We have stayed with Outrageous Cabins twice now, and both cabins rented were really nice. Furnishings and decor were nice and up-to-date with flat panel tv's throughout the cabin. BEAUTIFUL views! The ONLY drawback is that neither cabin had Wi-Fi available. On our second stay we were able to tap in to the Wi-Fi from one of the cabins close to us. Please understand that neither cabin was advertised as having internet access, so I am not blaming the company. However, if you absolutely need internet access in your cabin, you may want to double check that it's available before making your reservation. Regardless, I have nothing bad to say about our stay or our dealings with Outrageous Cabins. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful time and we could not have asked for a nicer place! Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything we needed and more was there waiting for us on arrival . I would recommend these cabins to anyone !

"Fabulous, spacious, relaxing cabin!"

This is our third stay in an Outrageous Cabin. Every cabin we have stayed in is spacious, extremely clean with all updated kitchens and furniture. The beds are extremely comfortable! The views are spectacular! Whether it is for a romantic getaway or a trip with the family, these cabins have all the best amenities. They have spacious hot tubs, or a relaxing whirlpool bath, huge game room and a cozy fireplace! The location is great it is close to all the dining and attractions but yet the views are spectacular! I can't say enough about how great these cabins are! We will be back again! I highly recommend anyone trying these cabins! You will not be disappointed!

"View was not as advertised and cabin was in disrepair."

I have rented from Outrageous Cabins in the past and have been very satisfied. This trip, which was our very first family vacation, was less than ideal. A window was broken when we arrived, the blinds were in disarray, and the cabin was not as clean as it should have been.

The staff at the office was very cordial and professional. They were willing to work with me on booking and availability.

"Beautiful view"

We have stayed in this cabin twice now and we have really enjoyed it both times. It has a beautiful view. We liked the remodeling that was done this time. The furniture in the living area was really nice. The bed upstairs is not great though. We didn't sleep well throughout our stay. Also there seemed to be a problem with flies. I'm sure you are aware of this and maybe nothing can be done about it but there were a lot of them. And there was no fly swatter for us to use. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Enjoyed our time in March so much, we took friends back for the fall season! Great Accommodations, with all the amenities! Beautiful Views too!

"Wonderful and Clean Cabin!!!!"

I searched for days...and hours trying to find a great cabin for myself and the fiancé for a two night stay! Came across Outrageous cabins and was so excited! The place was easy to find, and easy to get to after going to and from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge at the end of the day!! Just outside the hustle and bustle of it all! The cabin was clean and comfy and all we needed! Will definitely stay here again!

"Terrible experience"

Upon arrival, we found over 200 dead flies in one windowsill. We called & were told there was nothing they could do. We cleaned them up and flies kept coming & dying. Sat on the couch to read and a large bug crawled across my Kindle. Rented as a two bedroom,only one shower with an entrance through the other bedroom. Second bed is in the loft next to an open stairway. People across the way partied until 3:45 a.m. (These are so close together you barely have room to park between them)
Several tv's but only one can be heard at a time. Went to read in bed, and another bug crawled across my book.We left a day early. Would have left sooner but everyone got sick.
