Jack from Techneeds came to my office the same day I called for a emergency. He was very quick at understanding what I needed done and got on with job and fixed the problem in time for me to carry out my daily business tasks.
The best part - He was tasked to fix my file server, BUT without asking he also sped up two of the computers in the office and checked the internet and phone lines! Amazing service and very helpful..
Will 100% use Techneeds again (most probably will only ask for jack).
