"Shockingly bad!"

Shockingly bad!! It is not a hotel it is at best an HMO. The pictures used to advertise this venue are taken from another property and the rooms here have been made to look like them very very badly. Smaller smelly and just totally bad.. you have been warned!!
Ps the owners will not give you a refund so do not book this

"Student type accommodation at inflated price."

Terraced property situated in an unattractive area occupied mostly by university students. This is probably a former student house too. About 25 minutes walk to town centre. In my view overpriced and not a suitable area for an AirBnb, and inappropriate for purpose. Parking limited.

We stayed at The Gem House during a weekend getaway. It is a really nice house, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Flawless email communication with the host. We will be definitely coming back for another break. Thank you.

I used The Gem House to style and setup one of me serviced apartments in Kent and they did an excellent job. They managed the entire process and were very professional. Plus their fee was very competitive. I will definitely be using them again in the near future.
