I am very happy that I got help from Romanos, becaouse - first of all - he's a kind man to talk to - and he gave me the time I needed to explaine what I meant with the things I was saying - i'm from Denmark so there could have been a language barrier, but I feel I really got the help i needed from Romanos - he helped me to understand what it's all about, and gave me VERY good advise about what to do and what not to do... I am REALLY happy for the help I got from Romanos - SO thank you VERY much for all your help to make me understand what this is all about....

My daughter was approached via an email link sent from my name! She thought the link was from me and clicked on it completing her details. She was then hounded on the phone continuously that day, she was told she could not discuss any deposit with us as there was a 15 minute window. They have all her details, passport, bank account etc. and she deposited her last £250 (she’s a student). Once she realised the link had not come from me she requested her money back. We feel very lucky to have received it back as they initially said they would be keeping £80 as she had not traded yet. This is an awful company and my daughter felt very pressured to comply with their demands.

Is my account manager, and he did an excellent job to lead me through the activation process.
He was very aware that I understood the whole process and explained every single subject I was unsure of and ended up with a question so I could draw my own conclusions, to the questions, then he would ask why i came to that result, and we talked it through.
For now, that's it!
I will return to another review after a while..

I would like to point out that Romanos was very helpful Indeed and with infinite patience and good humor he talked me through a somewhat difficult procedure whilst using my mobile phone regarding dealing with Excentral. Smart Phones and I are not a good mix! My eighty four year old brain goes into overdrive when trying to use them properly!

Webinars are very helpful. Michael has a friendly tone, and explains everything in detail.
In general, it is a good Broker; it is important to read the T&Cs before making a deposit.

My experience I'd mixed as I opened the account purely to access fxrobotix and this was the only broker offered. I notice there are others on here due to fxrobotix, and my experience was similar in that the broker and fxrobotix software did not operate together. I received no assistance from either fxrobotix or excentral so withdrew my £250. Before I received any money I received a call from Bogdan, my account manager, who was quite helpful and I explained the situation and he approved the withdrawal. I also was charged £80 for a withdrawal as I hadn't used the account to trade( its all in the t&c's I discovered later). I sent a complaint email to eXcentral explaining I closed the account as they could not provide the service I signed up for a I received an email, within a day or two confirming my £80 was also being returned. It's difficult for me to be too critical as I have not had a terrible experience and they did honour the full refund.
