"Fijne ervaring met secret view"

Fijne ervaring met secret view, op naar meer opdrachten.
Soms betalen ze al vooruit, dat is erg fijn.
Duidelijke uitleg en makkelijk in te vullen.
Ik zou het zeker aanraden.

"Veel leuke opdrachten en snelle uitbetaling"

Ik ben superblij dat ik mystery shopper ben bij Secret view! Er komen elke dag weer nieuwe opdrachten bij, dus er is altijd wel iets leuks te doen. Voor mijn werk moet ik regelmatig reizen en mijn familie woont ook niet bepaald om de hoek, dus ik combineer die tripjes graag met een leuke opdracht. Gisteren nog lekker Mexicaans gegeten, en afgelopen weekend stond ik bij de Burger King en de supermarkt. De opdrachten zijn leuk, makkelijk uit te voeren en je krijgt ook nog eens snel betaald. Ik ben echt fan.

"Reviews need to be worked on"

The website and platform is outstanding, easy to use, fast and reliable. The processs for getting assignemtents and to be paid out is among the best!

However, I share the same experience as another review here.

Secrete View uses different reviewers to go through your completion of your assignment, your score may vary a lot!

I put a lot of effort into one of my assignment and recieved a relatively good score.

Doing the same assignment, just a different location, With as much effort into the review as the previous.
Resulted in the review to be pushed back and the feeback told me to write in more detail in one of the chapters that had the most detail of em all..

I wanted to dispute and missclicked the button on the page and I managed to send in the exact same review without any edits. But this time, it was revieved by a different person and it went through, but with a lower completion score then my first assignement.. Even though both assigments are the exact same..

Sinds anderhalve maand werk ik samen met Secret View en ik ben enorm onder de indruk. De professionaliteit, duidelijke instructies voor de opdrachten en heldere communicatie maken het een prettige samenwerking. De bezoeken en klant beoordelingen zijn gedetailleerd en makkelijk uit te voeren, waardoor je niet voor verassingen komt te staan. Secret View denkt ook nog eens actief mee en biedt waardevolle inzichten om de klantbeleving te optimaliseren. Een absolute aanrader voor bedrijven die hun service naar een hoger niveau willen tillen!

"Not great for experienced mystery shoppers/diners."

I have completed, over the years, hundreds or more mystery shopping or dining experiences with various companies, so I'm basing this review on my own personal experience.
The website, while an app would be nice, is great, it's one of the best.
The available assignments (outside of NL) are average to poor. However as they're mainly NL based that's understandable.
Their scoring system is terrible though. It seems to be purely arbitrary. Depending on who looks at your review, depends if you get a good or bad score. For this reason I couldn't recommend this company to anyone who is experienced and takes pride in undertaking the mystery shopping assignments.
An example of a recent one was a shop that had several optional text entry fields for questions. Was it easy to find the changing room (paraphrasing from memory). The no option had a requirement to fill in the field. This makes sense as you need to explain why. The yes option had the text field as optional. This again makes sense as why do you need to describe something that wasn't a difficulty. I got the report pushed back to me saying this had to be filled in a long with a few other optional text boxes for similar questions.
I subsequently got a low score for that review. It was quite jarring to see.
For beginners I would recommend this company as the assignments are not difficult and it gives you practice. For the more experienced, I'd suggest giving them a miss.

I have been a mystery shopper for Secret View for 2 years. The tasks are very well explained and easy to understand, but you can always contact them via chat or email for any questions you may have. Payout is always on-time. I recommend them!

Simple and easy to understand tasks made the experience great! Payout was on-time or even couple of days ahead. No risk and great possibility to get some goodies or some additional cash!

La prima esperienza è andata ok anche se ho dovuto correggere il questionario 2 volte, alla seconda esperienza, sempre nella stessa catena di negozi, dopo 3 correzioni mi è stata annullata l'esperienza con la richiesta del rimborso di quanto percepito (cifra utilizzata nel negozio per acquistare prodotti), fermo restando che per effettuare l'esperienza ho dovuto fare oltre 20 km, ho perso tempo ed ho speso più della cifra rimborsata, ho chiesto a questo punto il rimborso di quanto speso ma i signori si rifiutano, ovviamente non parteciperò a nessun altra esperienza e non rimborserò nulla ho messo a disposizione i prodotti per il loro ritiro ma continuano a rispondere idiozie. Sinceramente credo che siano al limite della legalità !!! Fate attenzione, sconsiglio la partecipazione a questo programma che ha dei principi nobili ma che ne rispecchia altri ben poco nobili ! Rispondo alla risposta in quanto sembra che i signori non abbiano ben capito, io non chiedo alcun rimborso delle spese sostenute ma non sono disposto a rifare la visita gratuitamente ne tanto meno di rimborsare la cifra spesa durante la prima visita !

"Leuke opdrachten"

Ik deed intussen reeds verschillende opdrachten. Je shopt dus op een andere manier. De vragenlijsten zouden wel korter kunnen, want je krijgt soms bijna 2 identieke vragen. Indien je een vraag hebt of iets wat niet duidelijk is bij een opdracht krijg je zeer snel antwoord.

I've been a Mystery Shopper with Secret View for many years now, doing assignments every now and then. Most of the assignments are fun, not too difficult/demanding to carry out, and when you've got questions, their support team is quick to answer!
