"Refund without notification or apology!"

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t as positive as the last reviewer, I ordered a Christmas present on Sunday hoping for it to arrive in time for Christmas, however I have just received a refund from JP Pharmacy with no apology email to tell me that they obviously can’t fulfil my order! Luckily I got a notification from PayPal notifying me of a refund which I actually had to work out who it was from as it’s said it was from Landbased ltd, so now I have two days to try and find a replacement present. Very disappointed with the customer service.

"Fast delivery and perfect condition"

Ordered a perfume yesterday and it arrived today in perfect condition! As it is a gift I haven't opened but I know the brand so will not be disappointed by the product itself.
