What happened??? Have been using tuffwraps for while and used to find the products and customer service really good. There has been some change in the last couple of months and it’s all gone down hill. Have noticed the professional athletes have stopped following and using the brand too. Something seems to have gone wrong! Awful recent experience

This is such an amazing company! It was my first order and the customer service person was so helpful. Most online companies only provide an email or chat but TuffWraps have a phone number on their website so I was able to easily reach someone to help me with all my questions. When I received my package I was impressed with the quality and how quick it arrived! I highly recommend.

Purchased a belt <6 months ago for £120 only for the buckle to snap on me mid set and cause injury. Earlier today I have compared the buckle with my partners cheap belt from amazon (£25) and it has exactly the same buckle, just different branding. I would err on the side of caution when purchasing this product. I will no longer use this brands belt through fear of my own safety.
